Littering in Baltimore

I'm always disgusted when people throw stuff in the streets of Baltimore. I was walking by a kid who saw all the pollution in the bay and just said , "I don't care." Everything that is thrown in the streets eventually makes it into the storm drain, then into the jones falls, and finally in the bay......
